The Bachelorette Switch-Up: South Bay’s Most Unexpected Night

The plan was simple. Or at least, it had been.

Janelle had spent three months planning the ultimate bachelorette party for her best friend Bianca—wine tasting in Saratoga, dinner in downtown San Jose, and bottle service at LVL 44. The whole crew was flying in from all over: Sacramento, Fresno, Livermore, even one cousin from Vegas. The itinerary was locked in, the outfits were coordinated, and the limo bus from Elevated Limo Experience was scheduled to arrive at 2:00 p.m. sharp in front of Bianca’s apartment in Sunnyvale.

Except the limo bus showed up at 1:45 p.m.

And the driver? A smooth, unshakable woman named Celeste who wore designer sunglasses and greeted them with a clipboard and a voice like she'd seen everything.

“Ladies,” Celeste said, grinning, “I hope you’re ready. The day’s already getting interesting.”

They loaded into the limo bus—mirrored ceilings, LED lights, champagne chilling in the corner—and the vibe turned instantly electric. Music thumped, toasts were made, and by the time they pulled up to Mount Eden Vineyards, Bianca had already removed her veil three times.

But the trouble didn’t start until stop two: Cooper-Garrod Estate. A sudden call came in—LVL 44 had flooded. A broken pipe. Nightclub closed until further notice.

Panic erupted. But Celeste? She just smirked and tapped her earpiece.

“Give me five minutes,” she said.

Seven minutes later, they were re-routed to Apt 200 in downtown San Jose, a secret reservation under “Miss Blanche.” Velvet ropes opened, and the group was escorted into a private mezzanine suite that hadn’t even been listed on the venue’s website. A mystery bottle of champagne was waiting.

Bianca looked at Janelle, wide-eyed. “Did you plan this?”

Janelle shook her head. “Not even close.”

The night was just getting started—and no one knew who else had their eye on the bride-to-be.
