1. Reservations & Payments
By submitting a reservation request, paying a deposit, or completing full payment, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to all Terms and Conditions set by Elevated Limo Experience.
At Elevated Limo Experience, every reservation is a commitment. Once booked, we allocate a specific vehicle, chauffeur, and resources to your event—turning away other requests for that time to serve you exclusively.
Our service is more than transportation—it’s part of your celebration. Punctuality, professionalism, and reliability are our promise. Our customers are our top priority, and your trust means everything to us. You can count on us to be there on your special day—fully prepared and dedicated to making it unforgettable.

2. Rescheduling Policy
If the Client provides at least 30 days' written notice before the original service date, the deposit may be transferred to a future reservation within 12 months of the original event date, subject to availability.
Rescheduled dates are not guaranteed and are contingent upon vehicle and driver availability.
If less than 30 days' notice is given, the full deposit and any payments made will be forfeited.

3. Cancellations
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled service date may qualify for a one-time rescheduling as stated above. No monetary refunds will be issued.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled event will result in loss of all payments, including any pre-paid deposits and balances.

4. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for the behavior of all passengers during the rental period.
Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers, including excessive cleaning due to spills, illness, or negligence, will be charged to the Client’s credit card on file.
The driver reserves the right to terminate service without refund if passengers violate safety rules or engage in disorderly conduct.

5. Overtime & Waiting Time
Rental time begins at the scheduled pickup time, regardless of the actual time passengers enter the vehicle.
If the vehicle is retained beyond the scheduled end time, a 10-minute grace period will be granted.
After this grace period, the Client will be billed for a full additional hour at the standard hourly rate of the vehicle booked, regardless of how much of that hour is used.
This policy is strictly enforced to ensure fair scheduling for all clients and to avoid disruption of subsequent reservations.

6. Weather & Force Majeure
Service will be provided in most weather conditions. However, in cases of severe weather or events beyond our control (natural disaster, pandemic, civil unrest, etc.), Elevated Limo Experience reserves the right to reschedule service or cancel without liability.
In such cases, we will attempt to reschedule within 12 months from the original booking date. Refunds will not be issued.

7. Vehicle Substitution
While we make every effort to provide the specific vehicle requested, Elevated Limo Experience reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value at no additional cost to the client in the event of mechanical issues, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Liability Disclaimer
Elevated Limo Experience is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, mechanical failure, or acts of God.
We assume no responsibility for personal items lost or left in our vehicles.
The Client and all passengers acknowledge and accept that dancing or moving around the vehicle while in motion carries inherent risk. Elevated Limo Experience is not responsible for any injuries sustained while dancing, standing, moving, or engaging in any activity during transportation.
By entering the vehicle, all passengers waive any and all claims of liability against Elevated Limo Experience related to personal injury or property damage.

9. Agreement
By submitting a reservation request and/or making payment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
